Gillian O’Sullivan

Gillian is a conscientious and self-motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor that has worked as a key team member on several diverse projects in a main contractor, commercial fitout subcontractor and insurance capacity in Christchurch over the past 10 years. Gillian holds an honours bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.

During her time in the industry her responsibilities have included effectively managing all commercial and contractual aspects on numerous construction projects including schools, university buildings, apartment complexes and most recently the Christchurch Convention & Exhibition Centre. These projects have seen her take the initial design and cost budget through the tender and procurement process, engaging and collaborating with subcontractors and reporting on the project costs to ensure value for money has been achieved for her client. Gillian takes pride in working closely with subcontractors and key stakeholders to generate a positive experience and ensure strong relationships are formed and fostered.
