Tim Henry

Tim’s career spans over 20 years in project and development management as a Client Representative. He has a wealth of local and international experience in vertical and horizontal, design and construction. Based in Queenstown he represents Devcorp in the Otago and Southland region. 

Tim has successfully lead complex and challenging projects on behalf of his clients. He has lead and advised on large scale developments from feasibility, master planning through to managing the construction of buildings and associated infrastructure. Tim often manages multiple stakeholders and is capable of leading large teams of consultants and contractors to deliver on time and budget. 

A confident, enthusiastic and articulate leader, with experience in negotiation and closing deals. Tim has resolve and perseverance and continues to deliver above and beyond for his clients. Tim’s success lies in his experience, knowledge and enabling his teams to perform effectively and deliver above expectations.
