Longview Housing Project

Longview is a master planned community several years in the planning. Incorporating 480 residential lots, a 3.5Ha township service centre and two recreation reserves, it is the future of affordable living in the Lakes District. Through QLDC's inclusionary housing process, QLCHT received land in this new Lake Hāwea subdivision, which will allow them to develop a total of 58 new homes for the local community.
