He has honed his expertise in the construction industry, specialising in high-end architectural homes, high-density developments, and commercial projects.
Scott's deep understanding of the construction landscape is backed by two decades in senior management within major corporate and private construction firms. He has a vast network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors and leverages his extensive industry knowledge to lead with integrity and encourages his team to learn, challenge and deliver.

Jonny is a versatile leader with over 20 years in the construction industry, focusing on land development and civil construction. His academic background in Science and Civil Engineering have equipped him with the technical expertise to manage projects from the design to completion.
From starting on the ground in civil construction, Jonny has an in-depth knowledge of the development and construction process. He is deeply committed to optimising project budgets, ensuring alignment with both project goals and financial targets. With a passion for Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), he excels at navigating complex civil projects and fostering collaboration with contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
